The Lidl right next to the Planet Fitness is the newest building in the Reisterstown Shopping Center, but the building where the Mars grocery store used to be, then an abandoned building for many years, recently got completely demolished. On that land, new construction has started, but what are they building there? I did some digging, and found the company which owns the Reisterstown Shopping Center. "Greenberg Gibbons" is the company which owns the plaza, and they posted a plan on their website for the Reisterstown Shopping Plaza. The land which the Mars grocery store used to be on, and was later demolished, is confirmed to be a place which is going to be selling self storage units. The building is still in the early stages of being built, so we'll likely have to wait a while before we see the actual self storage units open for the public.   Reisterstown, Maryland is a historic and unincorporated "small" town. As great as the town's history is, I'm gonna be honest with you and say that there's not much to do here if you're an actual tourist.
