Reisterstown, Maryland is a historic and unincorporated "small" town. As great as the town's history is, I'm gonna be honest with you and say that there's not much to do here if you're an actual tourist. If you're reading this, I'm going to assume that you are a citizen of Reisterstown or a neighboring city and want to know some fun things to do.

No clickbait at all. Every single location on this list is in Reisterstown. No Owings Mills or another neighboring city.

Reisterstown actually has some great things to do if you just want a fun place to hang out with friends or have a family get together.

1. Go to a local event

2. Hannah More Park

Hannah More Park is a great and clean park. With huge empty fields, a large playground, a dog park, and a skate park, Hannah More Park is a great place to go with the family or friends.

3. Reisterstown Branch Library

The staff at the library are super nice, the library is usually super clean, and it's super easy to get a membership! The Reisterstown Library also hosts events very often. Group readings and fun activities are a favorite by many!

4. Reisterstown Sportsplex / Reisterstown Regional Park

Three indoor athletic fields, four ball diamonds, spectator seating, an ice rink, and more!

5. Franklin High School (FHS)

Franklin High School has a basketball court, multiple tennis courts, a quarter mile (well kept) track, a baseball field, and a football field. All of these are completely free to use and open to the public at most times. 6. Franklin Middle School (FMS)

Franklin Middle School has most of what Franklin High School has, except a track, football field, and as many courts. 7. Visit A Church

Reisterstown is home to many churches. Simply search online for churches near you. Some churches aren't always open, so make sure you confirm when the church you choose to go to is open. Churches are very welcoming to newcomers, so don't be nervous!

8. Franklin Woodlands Trail

A beautiful trail which so many people don't know about. If you visit the Franklin Woodlands Trail, please make sure to keep it clean and don't litter.
